To date, we have built over 100 homes and almost all of them are still owned by the original buyers. We’re intent on finding new ways to improve efficiencies while maintaining quality and thereby passing those savings on to our customers. We are not penny pinchers; if a customer asks for something within reason, we try our best to make it happen. We work with top notch subcontractors and recognize the endless benefits from great relationships. Most importantly, we live in the details and do our best to get the little things right.
